Redeia Corporación, S.A.
Redeia is the parent. The business that matters is Red Eléctrica: Spain's electricity transmission owner and system operator. It owns the high-voltage grid and matches supply with demand in real time. Core revenue is regulated. The equity is a claim on that remuneration and on the capex the framework recognises when lines and interconnectors are reinforced.
There are other pieces, fibre along the grid and a satellite business, smaller in the story than transmission. Do not turn the page into a telecom company. The energy transition asks for more grid, and more grid asks for capital. Debt is part of the job, as at Iberdrola, with a difference: Iberdrola generates and distributes; Redeia transmits and operates the system. They are not an average.
The dividend is why many people hold the share. A CNMC review can move remuneration without a tower falling. This report does not cite an allowed-return percentage. It leaves that in the framework, which gets reviewed.
"The advantage is legal and physical: the peninsular high-voltage grid is not duplicated, and operating the system is an assigned function, not a contract won every year in an open auction. The regulator sets the return. That is the price of the moat. Fibre and satellite do not inherit that monopoly. A lower remuneration narrows the value without removing the licence."

Health looks levered next to a technology name because debt finances grid assets. Do not read it as a bank's health or as Apple's. Quality is allowed return and cost discipline, not a software margin. Growth is the capex the system needs and the framework pays for. Valuation is compared with bonds and with Redeia's own history. Shareholder return is a nominally high dividend in this set. The test is payout against cash and against the credit rating, not against a screenshot yield.
P/E and EV/EBITDA are the usual pair. Dividend yield is first-class and has to be crossed with cash after interest and investment. ROIC can look low next to Amadeus and still be the return of a grid. Free cash flow in a heavy-capex year can look weak while the franchise is healthy. Do not panic at a single print. A dash means the RED.MC figure is missing.
Not advice on RED.MC. Vaultflake does not model transmission remuneration or the interconnector plan. This is not a map of the grid and not a blackout scenario. Yahoo data may not bring the regulatory KPI. A past dividend is not a right. Read the CNMV filings and the company's presentation. The table is cache, not a live quote.
