Deutsche Post AG
Deutsche Post charges for express parcels, and for freight and German mail apart. They are not the same book. UPS and FedEx compete on express. It is not the world leader by decree. This report does not count aircraft or warehouses.
Fuel and wages are costs. A year of many parcels is not normal earnings. The shipper can leave. Empty capacity is a cost. Mail does not move with freight.
Cash is the shipment collected, minus that fuel. The dividend has to fit. It is not a network the customer cannot leave.
"The advantage is the shipper who already hands the parcel to that network. They can use another. The moat narrows if fuel eats the price, or if express falls and mail does not make it up."

Health is the network's debt, not of a customs licence already closed. Quality separates the express margin from freight and from mail. Growth follows shipments collected, not a year of many parcels. P/E is read against that year, not against that peak. Shareholder return is the dividend, checked against cash. Do not read it as logistics that cannot be replaced.
The P/E of a year of many parcels is not the earnings if the shipper leaves. EV/EBITDA is read with fuel and empty capacity inside. Do not use a single-country parcel multiple as if express, freight and mail were the same book. A dash if the DHL.DE cache is cold.
Not advice on Deutsche Post. Vaultflake does not count the fleet and does not treat the group as the world leader. Read the filings. A past dividend is not a right. The table is a snapshot, not a target price.
